A man who says he plans to only eat potatoes for the whole year has lost about 22 pounds so far.

Andrew Flinders started his “Spud Fit” experiment to lose weight and tackle his food addiction by eating nothing but potatoes for 366 days.

He’s been sharing his progress on Youtube and Facebook, and says 99 percent of his calories has been coming from potatoes since January 1st. The other one percent comes from seasoning and stuff he puts on the potatoes.

In his most recent video, Taylor opened up about how eating only potatoes has helped him stop binge eating.
