The Flint Hills Area Transportation Agency is working on a pilot program to provide a permanent shuttle option to better serve the community.
ATA executive administrator Daphne McNelly says, the new shuttle route will be a district loop that will connect between Blue Earth Plaza, Downtown Manhattan and the Aggieville Distract.

Downtown Manhattan executive director Gina Snyder says, this initiative is to help move people, address parking issues and promote walking in the districts.

The pilot program is said to be launching this month.
