Chana Cuchy, 34, of Manhattan was arrested on April 3rd at approximately 2:15pm.  The charges were Possession of Opiate and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000.  At the time of this report Cuchy was still confined.

Delron Tyree Jr, 17, of Topeka was arrested on a warrant on April 3rd at Approximately 2:05pm.  The charges were two counts of Attempted Murder in the 1st degree, Criminal Use of Weapons, Criminal Discharge of a Firearm, and three counts of Criminal Damage to Property.  Tyree was already confined at the time of arrest for a previously released robbery arrest .  This arrest stems from a shooting  that took place on November 30th.  At the time of this report Tyree is still confined.

Victor Fuentes Jr, 20, of Compton California was arrested on two Riley County District Court warrants.  The charges were two counts Attempted Murder in the 1st degree, Criminal Use of Weapons, Criminal Discharge of a Firearm, and three counts of Criminal Damage to Property.  Bond for this warrant was set at $750,000.  Fuentes was also arrested on another warrant which listed the charges of Aggravated Robbery, Contributing to a Childs Misconduct and Aggravated Endangering a Child.  This was set as a NO BOND warrant.  This arrest stems from the robbery  and the shooting  that took place on November 30th.  At the time of this report Fuentes was still confined.
