Riley County Police arrested two women early Sunday following a domestic disturbance that involved multiple charges.

Officers filed the report Sept. 28 around 3:58 a.m. in Ogden, listing a 21-year-old woman and a 20-year-old woman as both suspects and victims.

Janaya Scott, 21, of Ogden, was arrested later that morning at 7:04 a.m. on a charge of criminal damage to property. She was given a $2,000 bond and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.

Nevaeh Wilson, 20, of Ogden, was arrested earlier at 4:09 a.m. on charges of aggravated battery, violation of a protection order, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass. She was issued no bond and remains jailed at the time of this report.

Riley County Police are investigating a criminal damage to property case after several vehicles were reported egged early Sunday in Manhattan.

Officers filed the report Sept. 28 around 2:14 a.m. in the 1000 block of Sunset Avenue. Police said three 18-year-old men were listed as victims after their vehicles — a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado, a 2017 Ford Edge, and a 2024 Volkswagen Jetta — were damaged. The total loss was estimated at $3,000.

Officers filed the report Sept. 27 around 12:54 p.m. in the 200 block of Johnson Road. Police said Mid America Piano was listed as the victim after an unknown suspect forged a business check. The total loss was estimated at $5,000.

A Manhattan man was arrested early Saturday after police responded to a report of sexual battery.

Riley County Police said officers were called to the 300 block of Poyntz Avenue around 12:43 a.m. Sept. 27. The report listed two counts of sexual battery and one count of interference with a law enforcement officer.

Bryan Mosley, 34, of Manhattan, was arrested about 13 minutes later on the listed charges. He was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Authorities are investigating after a 17-year-old boy reported he was battered and robbed in his driveway.

According to the Riley County Police Department, the alleged incident occurred just after 11 p.m. Friday in the 3600 block of Everett Drive. Police filed a report for aggravated robbery and aggravated battery, after the victim said his personal property was stolen during the attack. Police have not identified any potential suspects.

Riley County Police are investigating a property damage incident that occurred Thursday evening in Manhattan.

According to a report filed by officers, the incident happened around 5:14 p.m. on July 17 in the 800 block of Colorado Street. A 45-year-old man allegedly threw an item at a residence, damaging the windows.

A 30-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were listed as victims in the case. The estimated total loss is approximately $750.

No arrests have been made at this time.

The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $20,000.

Angel Morgan, 40, of Manhattan was arrested on a Geary County District Court warrant for distribute heroin/certain stimulants/fentanyl, distribute opiates/opium/narcotics/stimulant, and use communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation. Morgan was issued a total bond of $100,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated battery, aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery. Perdue was issued a total bond of $10,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Mandy Torres, 45, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 15, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The warrant stems from the original charges of aggravated burglary, theft and criminal trespass. Wilberth Matus, 34, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 15, 2025, at approximately 12:50 p.m. in the 500 block of Johnson Trail, for blackmail and breach of privacy. Matus was issued a total bond of $6000 and is still confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

On May 15, 2025, at approximately 05:43 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 700 block of S. 4^th Street. for the report of a fatality accident. The report listed a 32-year-old male as the victim of a reported hit-and-run pedestrian fatality accident. A subsequent investigation identified the hit-and-run driver as a 48-year-old male who was driving a semi-truck at the time of the accident. Shane Jungemann, 48, of Jefferson City, SD, was arrested on May 15, 2025, at approximately 9:00 p.m. at 1001 S. Seth Child Road, for failure to report an accident involving a fatality. Jungemann was issued a total bond of $15,000 and is still confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Tiara Newman, 31, of Topeka, KS, was arrested on May 11, 2025, at approximately 2:18 a.m. in Geary County on a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The warrant stems from the original charge of driving while suspended. Newman was issued a total bond of $750 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

The Riley County Police Department reported six arrests, several traffic-related incidents, and a number of public disturbances across Manhattan in the past 24 hours.

Among those arrested was 19-year-old Connor Kenneth Baer of Manhattan, who was taken into custody at Dirty Dawgs Saloon on charges of criminal damage to property valued between $1,000 and $25,000 and consumption of liquor by a minor. Jonah Michael White, 18, of Wamego, and Cyren Victoria Hearron, 18, of Manhattan, were arrested in separate DUI incidents, both suspected of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Police also arrested 34-year-old Bardarius Nakia Jiles of Fort Riley for disorderly conduct and interference with law enforcement at the Bluemont Scenic Overlook. In another case, Kasiem Tyrone Walker, 33, of Junction City was arrested for violating a protection order at Shop Quik on Scenic Landing. Damond Tirial Russell, 24, of Manhattan, was picked up on a warrant for failure to appear.

Incident reports included an injury accident at 1834 Claflin Road and several non-injury crashes throughout the day, with scenes ranging from Allison Avenue to Tuttle Creek Boulevard. Officers also responded to a stolen vehicle report in the 2300 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard, a fight at Dirty Dawgs Saloon, and a verbal argument near the Bluemont Scenic Overlook sign.
