RCPD filed a report of fraud/theft by deception in the 300 block of Riley Ave on Wednesday.

Officers list Casey’s General Store as the victim when it was reported an unknown male and female used a “cash card” to obtain merchandise and lottery tickets but the card was fraudulent.

Total loss associated with this report is $2,100. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.
