Tiffany Ryals, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested on August 15, 2025, at approximately 9:40 a.m. in the 1000 block of Seth Child Blvd on two Riley County District Court warrants for failure to appear. The warrants stem from original charges of aggravated assault, three counts of battery of a law enforcement officer, two counts of interference with a law enforcement officer, criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ryals was issued a total bond of $50,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Kimberly Kilgore, 38, of Wamego, was arrested on July 25, 2025, at approximately 11:57 a.m. at the 1000 block of Seth Child Road on a Johnson County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Kilgore was issued a total bond of $20,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Raymond McNett II, 52, of Pleva, KS, was arrested on July 25, 2025, at approximately 4:00 p.m. a Manhattan Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. The warrant stems from an original charge of driving under the influence. McNett II was issued no bond and remains confined at the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for aggravated robbery and aggravated battery in the 3600 block of Everett Drive in Manhattan on July 25, 2025, at approximately 11:10 p.m. A 17-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported unknown suspects battered him in his driveway and stole personal property. Officers responded to a report of an unconscious male on July 27, 2025, at approximately 7:05 a.m., in the 200 block of Fort Riley Blvd. A 24-year-old male was found unresponsive upon arrival. The male was transported via ambulance to Via Christi for treatment and later released. Alyzae Moreno, 24, of Newton, was arrested at approximately 10:35 a.m. in the 1800 block of College Avenue. Moreno was arrested for possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and for driving on a suspended license. He was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
