Officers filed a report of criminal destruction of property on January 9, 2025, at approximately 12:08 PM in the 1300 block of Pillsbury Drive.  Officers list the victim as Affordable Towing when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged their metal fence. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $5,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Abel Gutierrez, Jr., 34, of Laredo, Texas, was arrested on January 9, 2025, at approximately 1:00 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.  Gutierrez was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated sexual battery (victim is physically powerless), failure to appear, aggravated sexual battery (force or fear), and sexual battery x2. Total bond was set at $15,500. Gutierrez was confined at the time of this report.

Anastasia Kenyon, 24, of Junction City, was arrested on January 8, 2024, at approximately 4:15 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Kenyon was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charges in this matter are making false information x 2, theft by deception value less than $1,500 x 2. Total bond was set at $20,000. Kenyon was confined at the time of this report.
