A Junction City man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on a litany of charges including aggravated kidnapping.

Marcus Devior Jackson, 37, was arrested by Riley County police at 3 p.m. for aggravated kidnapping, attempted rape, aggravated burglary, aggravated domestic battery, criminal damage to property, aggravated sexual battery and protection order violation. He is in Riley County Jail on a $150,000 bond.

A Manhattan man was arrested Monday in the 2700 block of Buttonwood Drive, in connection to criminal incidents occurring between May 2024 and January 2025.

35-year-old Anthony Toliver is charged in a Riley County District Court warrant with criminal deprivation of property, two counts of criminal damage to property, robbery, theft, domestic battery, and intimidation of a witness or victim.

He remains jailed on a $20,000 bond.

Jamario Holz, 21, of St. Mary’s was arrested on March 25th at approximately 12:34 p.m. on a Riley County District Court probation violation warrant. The original charge in the matter was non-residential burglary.

Holz’s bond was set at $7,500. At the time of this report, he remained confined in the Riley County Jail.

Amari Gross, 22, of Fort Riley, was arrested on March 9, 2025, at approximately 12:24 AM in the 1100 block of Moro Street. Gross was taken into custody on charges including aggravated assault, possession of a firearm while under the influence, and disorderly conduct.

His total bond was set at $15,000, and he was confined at the time of the report.

Joseph Marlow, 25, of Manhattan, was arrested on March 3, 2025, at approximately 7:20 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Marlow was taken into custody on a probable cause offense of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

His total bond was set at $125,000, and he is currently confined at the time of the report. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the case.

Thomas Jackson, 35, of Park City, was arrested on March 3, 2025, at approximately 1:44 PM in the 200 block of N. 5th Street. Jackson was arrested on the probable cause offense of burglary. Total bond was set at $5,000. Jackson was confined at the time of this report.

Matthew Klingforth, 18, of Haysville, was arrested on February 22, 2025, at approximately 5:01 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. The arrest came after Klingforth was served with a Riley County District Court warrant for several serious charges, including rape, aggravated sexual battery, and sexual battery.

His bond was set at $50,000, and is currently in custody at the Riley County jail.

A Manhattan man is behind bars on numerous charges, including identity theft and criminal use of weapons.

Landon Bearce, 22, was arrested at the Riley County Police Department on a district court warrant for three counts of possession of stolen property with a value of less than 15 hundred dollars; theft by deception; the theft of $1,500 or less from three businesses in 72 hours; criminal possession of a weapon by a felon; two counts of burglary; criminal use of weapons; defacing identification marks on a firearm; the use/possession with the intent to use of drug paraphernalia; two counts of criminal use of a financial card; attempted theft by deception; four counts of unlawful computer acts; and four counts of identity theft.

Total bond was set at $50,000. Bearce was still confined in the Riley County Jail as of Friday morning.
