Jacob Thompson, 27, of Ogden was arrested for Aggravated Assault and Trafficking Contraband into Correctional Facility.  Bond was set at $18,000.  At the time of this report Thompson was still confined.

Cordarius Gowdy, 23, of Ogden was arrested for Aggravated  Assault, Aggravated Weapons Violation by Felon, Criminal Threat and Trafficking Contraband into Correctional Facility.  Bond was set at $27,000.  At the time of this report Gowdy was still confined.

Samuel Ratliff, 32 was arrested on two counts of Violation of Kansas Offender Registration Act.  Bond was set at $10,000.  At the time of this report Ratliff was still confined.

Officers filed a report for Fraud/Theft by Deception on March 2nd.  A male reported being contacted by an individual posing as an FBI agent.  The victim was instructed to deposit money into a crypto currency ATM.  Loss $7,000.

Two local teenagers have been arrested for their role in a physical altercation that occurred on Tuesday evening.

The incident occurred just after 6 p.m. at Opportunities Unlimited in the 400 block of Clydesdale Drive in Ogden when a 17-year-old male threw a metal chair at another resident. A 16-year-old male then stepped in the middle of the incident and threw the other male to the ground and assaulted him.

Both teens were arrested and charged with one count of aggravated battery. Both teens are not confined at the time of this report as it is believed they were returned to a parent or guardian.

An Ogden man was arrested Friday and charged with several counts of violating the offender registration act.

41 year-old Marcus Grant, of Ogden, was arrested at the RCPD Headquarters for aggravated violation of the offender registration act, and 8 additional counts of violation of the offender registration act.

Grant is confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report on a total bond of $15,000.

Grant has been a registered offender since August of 2013 for an aggravated robbery conviction in Salina and aggravated battery conviction in Junction City, according to the Kansas Offender Registry.
