Officers filed a report for burglary in the 15800 block of Green-Randolph Rd. in Randolph on June 17, 2025, at approximately 9:58 a.m. Alert Covenant Church was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took cash and electronic equipment. Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 1600 block of Fort Riley Blvd. in Manhattan on June 17, 2025, at approximately 8:33 p.m. Crunch Bear Market was listed as the victim and a 41-year-old female was listed as the suspect when it was reported the suspect turned off power to the business which damaged multiple items. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $20,000.

Angel Morgan, 40, of Manhattan was arrested on a Geary County District Court warrant for distribute heroin/certain stimulants/fentanyl, distribute opiates/opium/narcotics/stimulant, and use communication facility in the commission of a felony drug violation. Morgan was issued a total bond of $100,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
