A California man is jailed in Riley County following his extradition this week.

Riley County Police arrested 36-year-old Ivan Krdzic Wednesday morning on two counts of aggravated kidnapping and one count of making a criminal threat. He was booked into the Riley County Jail around 9 a.m. and is being held on a $200,000 bond.

Police say the charges stem from two reports filed in June.

Court documents list a 34-year-old victim, in connection with all three counts. RCPD has not released further details.

A Manhattan man has been arrested on several felony charges, including attempted murder.

Riley County Police say 19-year-old Chase Meinholdt was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon in the 1300 block of Vattier (Vuh-teer) He’s accused of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, burglary, and multiple drug offenses.

Police say the charges stem from a report filed in July.

Meinholdt remains jailed on a $305,000 bond.
