Kansas State head men’s basketball coach Jerome Tang addressed the media on Thursday, Jan. 16, to preview the Wildcats’ upcoming showdown against No. 9/10 Kansas.

K-State (7-9, 1-4 Big 12) kicks off a two-game road trip on Saturday with the 302nd Dillon Sunflower Showdown at Allen Fieldhouse. This historic rivalry, the second-longest active series in college basketball, has been played annually since 1907 and ranks as the sixth-most played matchup in Division I history. Tip-off is set for noon CT and will be broadcast on CBS.
