<p>Typically after a run to state, you aren’t expected to return a handful of key contributors. But that’s not the case for Manhattan High girls’ basketball.</p>
<p>Experience is still the name of the game for head coach Scott Mall despite graduating guards Emery Ruliffson and Maxine Doering.</p>

<p>Manhattan returns a pair of juniors in Kat Ball and Delaney Larson — the Indians’ second and third leading scorers last year. While Doering led Manhattan’s scoring last year as the only individual to average double-figures, Mall believes the balance in this year’s roster could be key.</p>
