Rhsard faces several serious charges, including criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, interference with law enforcement, and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to distribute.

In addition to these charges, Rhsard is accused of distributing heroin, fentanyl, and other narcotics. The charges also include distributing material containing fentanyl (dosage 50 to <250 units) and distributing opiate-related substances. His total bond has been set at $40,000, and he remains in custody at the time of this report.
