Christmas came early at the Salvation Army’s 360 Life Center. After four years of planning and over three months of renovations, the center at 310 Poyntz Ave. re-opened on Thursday in time for its fundraising season.

“It needed to be revamped,” said Karla Johnson, the outreach coordinator at 360 Life Center. “The thrift store was closed a number of years ago and the dressing rooms were taken out. It has been painted, in one of our offices the wall was taken out and the office was enlarged on the other side.”
