Sunset Zoo is looking forward to warmer weather and spring activities, one of which is taking place this weekend.
Sunset’s Marketing and Development Officer Melissa Kirkwood spoke with KMAN about the upcoming Sensory Safari program that’s geared towards kids ages 3 to 5.

March also means it’s time for spring break, and the zoo is extending its hours that week so the influx of visitors will have plenty of time to see the animals.

The zoo will be open from 9:30 am to 5 pm March 10th-18th.
The first Sensory Safari takes place this Saturday at 11:30 am. Registration can be found at sunsetzoo.com
