MANHATTAN, KAN. –

Officers filed a report for theft in the 500 block of Richards Dr in Manhattan on August 18, 2020, at approximately 6:31 AM. Officers listed a 20-year-old male and Trinium Construction as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect took Dewalt handtools, Dewalt power tools, and other miscellaneous items. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,000.00. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for aggravated assault near the intersection of S 4th St and Poyntz Ave in Manhattan on August 18, 2020, at approximately 7:35 PM. Officers listed a 30-year-old male and a 53-year-old male as the victims when it was reported a 20-year-old male suspect pointed a gun at them.
