Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of N. Seth Child Rd. and Kimball Ave. in Manhattan on May 23, 2023, around 2:30 p.m. After arriving on scene, officers found a 2006 Toyota Corolla driven by Alexa Bell, 20, of Manhattan had been driving north on the exit ramp from N. Seth Child to Kimball when a bicyclist, William Kennedy, 80, of Manhattan switched lanes in front of her causing her to hit Kennedy.
