Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 400 block of S. 4th St. in Manhattan on April 26, 2021, at approximately 11:26 a.m. Officers listed Link Scooter as the victim when it was reported a 38-year-old male suspect damaged an electronic scooter. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,100.00. Robert Morris, 38, of Manhattan was issued a citation for criminal damage to property.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 400 block of McCall Rd. in Manhattan on April 26, 2021, at approximately 2:36 p.m. Officers listed a 73-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole a yellow 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier.
