MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Officers filed a report for rape in Manhattan on March 30, 2021, at approximately 12:21 p.m. Officers listed a 35-year-old female as the victim and a 56-year-old male known to her as the suspect. Due to the nature of this crime, no further information will be released.
Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Bluemont Ave. in Manhattan on March 30, 2021, at approximately 1:25 p.m. Officers listed Walmart as the victim when it was reported two unknown male suspects used a scam to take cash. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $989.00. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
Officers filed a report for burglary and criminal damage to property in the 700 block of S. Elm St. in Ogden on March 30, 2021, at approximately 4:36 p.m. Officers listed a 44-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a 33-year-old female suspect and a 37-year-old male suspect entered a residence, damaging a door, and stole a television, iPad, Dell computer, HP computer, battery charger, pocket knives, various clothes and blankets, and various sex toys. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,875.00. Delilah Jane Malone, 33, of Ogden was arrested in connection on the offenses of burglary and criminal damage to property. Malone is confined in the Riley County Jail on a total bond of $11,000.00.
