MANHATTAN, KAN. – 

Officers filed a report for identity theft and theft in the 100 block of S. Erpelding Ave. in Leonardville on February 4, 2021, at approximately 9:42 a.m. Officers listed a 50-year-old female and Riley State Bank as the victims when it was reported an unknown suspect stole her identity and made fraudulent withdrawals. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,005.00. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.

Officers filed a report for theft in the 3300 block of Abbey Cir. in Manhattan on February 4, 2021, at approximately 10:34 a.m. Officers listed a 68-year-old male as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect stole a Manhattan Navy .36 Caliber, JM Cooper .36 Caliber, JM Cooper Pocket .31 Caliber, and a Colt 1851 Navy .36 Caliber. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $3,550.00. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in the 2500 block of Farm Bureau Rd. in Manhattan on February 4, 2021, at approximately 5:39 p.m. Officers listed 6-. 7-, and 10-year-old males as the victims when it was reported a 10-year-old suspect threatened them with a knife.
