The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $500.00. Clifford Martin Medina Wallace, 30, of Ft. Riley was arrested in connection on the offenses of interference with LEO and two counts of battery on LEO. Wallace was issued a total bond of $7,000.00 and is no longer confined at the time of this report. Alvaro Ochoa, 30, of Ft. Riley was arrested in connection on the offenses of disorderly conduct and interference with LEO. Ochoa was issued a total bond of $4,000.00 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
