MANHATTAN, KAN. –
Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 900 block of Anneberg Dr. in Manhattan on January 26, 2021, at approximately 10:11 a.m. Officers listed City of Manhattan as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged grass with a vehicle. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,100.00. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Officers filed a report for aggravated assault near the intersection of N. 8th St. and Poyntz Ave. in Manhattan on January 26, 2021, at approximately 12:04 p.m. Officers listed a 29-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a 43-year-old male suspect displayed a weapon to an off-duty officer. Marcus Dobson, 43, of Manhattan was arrested in connection on the offense of aggravated assault and is confined in the Riley County Jail on a $20,000.00 bond.
Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery in Manhattan on January 26, 2021, at approximately 3:15 p.m. Officers listed a 32-year-old female and a 33-year-old male as the victims when it was reported 32-year-old female and 33-year-old male suspects injured them.
