Officers filed a report for aggravated domestic battery, criminal restraint, and intimidation of witness or victim in Ogden on January 15, 2021, at approximately 1:43 p.m. Officers listed a 28-year-old female as the victim when it was reported a 30-year-old male suspect injured, intimidated, and confined her.

Lea Marie Pierson, 23, of Manhattan was arrested on the offenses of aggravated battery, criminal damage to property, and domestic battery. Pierson was issued a total bond of $6,000.00 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.
