Officers filed a report for burglary in the 1800 block of College Heights Rd. in Manhattan on January 11, 2023, around 3:15 p.m. A 21-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported his car was broken into and a Cobra radar detector, Rayban and Panama Jack sunglasses, and other miscellaneous items were stolen from inside.
