In a since deleted tweet when asked if he thinks the original Guns N’ Roses lineup is happening, Nikki Sixx said “THEY ARE. EVERYBODY KNOWS.”

The band is also rumored to headline several European and U.S. festivals before going on a world headlining tour next year to celebrate their 30th anniversary.

A “music insider” told Dish that Slash and Axl Rose have verbally agreed to to get together and reform the original lineup.

On the other side, Vicki Hamilton, a former management consultant for Motley Crue and early manager of Guns N’ Roses, posted on Facebook: “Ok…was texting with Slash who is on tour…he says the GNR tour isn’t happening…so that’s all I know… your guess is as good as mine…”

Details of the reunion are expected to come out over the next few days.
