A Manhattan woman was in court on Monday to plead guilty to charges surrounding violations of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.
Destiny Melton, who was previously convicted of distributing methamphetamine and conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, waived her right to a preliminary hearing before Judge Grant Bannister, pleading guilty to one count of violating KORA.
Melton has also been convicted several times previously on other drug-related offenses.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Monday, July 24th.
