Researcher Claims She Had Sex With a Dolphin as Part of NASA Experiment
A female animal researcher says she had sex with a male dolphin during a 1960s NASA-funded experiment.
The woman was stationed on the U.S. Virgin Islands as part of an experiment to teach the intelligent mammals how to communicate.
She said that one of the dolphins was nicknamed Peter, and he was a sexually maturing teen animal.
She said, “Peter liked to be … with me. He would rub himself on my knee, my foot or my hand and I allowed that.”
She added, “I wasn’t uncomfortable — as long as it wasn’t too rough… it was very precious and very gentle, Peter was right there, he knew that I was right there.”
Some studies have found evidence that male dolphins are drawn to women because they give off similar pheromones to female dolphins.
